The Health Letter

The Health Letter is a free newsletter for you to use with your clients. They are short-2-4 pages each, and you can print them in color or black and white to make copies for your waiting room, parenting class, support group or other setting. These client education tools are low-literacy and available in both English and Spanish.

[Printing instructions: The Health Letter should be printed two-sided. You can print and staple individual sheets or print out on ledger-size paper for a foldable one sheet version.]

The topic changes with each issue focusing on a different population or health concern. So whether you work with youth or the elderly, parents, mothers or families, we'll have something you can use with your clients.

What to Expect in the Exam Room - [English PDF]
NEW! Knowing what to expect in the doctor's office can relieve some of the anxiety of a visit to the doctor. Help clients feel more comfortable when the doctor asks questions about sexual and reproductive health in a routine exam, by helping them understand why he asks them. (2007)
