Claire Loe, MPH received her MPH from UNC. Her work includes evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, instrument development, needs assessment, strategic planning, program planning, lay health worker training, materials development, and community self-assessment. She has worked with diverse populations and speaks English and Spanish. Claire also works as an Program and Evaluation Specialist for The Center for Health Training. Kathryn Anderson, MA (Syracuse University) is a writer with years of experience as a teacher of writing, primarily with adults, in a broad range of venues: as an interpretive park ranger for the National Park Service, standard college composition courses, ESL classes, and courses for k-12 classroom teachers. Recently, she participated in research projects with Drs. Ronald Epstein and Cleveland Shields about physician HIV communication with patients, and spouse/ caregiver depression, respectively, both at the University of Rochester, NY.
